Our camps focus on skill development and concepts to help take local players talents to the next level. Our staff focuses not only on establishing the fundamentals, but also gives players advanced techniques and concepts to build on.

We offer small group and individual training sessions, as well as virtual coaching options. The purpose of these sessions is to give college level instruction to local players during the off-season. The ability to work with a college coach in a limited number session allows for more attention for the player and quicker advancements in their game. We are also able to tailor our sessions more towards the players immediate needs.

Coach Golon’s passion in life is teaching the sport of lacrosse to players at all levels. As a Western PA native, he has been focusing on building the sport in that area for the last 6-7 years through camps, clinics, and small group training. With coaching experience at the NCAA DII, DIII, high school, and club team levels, he brings a plethora of knowledge and experience into his camps and training sessions.

“My 14-year-old and 12-year-old sons have had the great opportunity to receive lacrosse training from Coach Golon as part of private small group instruction as well as clinics and summer camps. In all of those scenarios, Coach Golon has met or exceeded our expectations of teaching new skills in fun and engaging ways. My boys always enjoy working with Coach Golon and have been able to apply what they have learned from him in game-day situations. He has offered valuable tips and suggestions that may seem quiet or small at the time but often make the biggest impact when the boys are out on the field facing tough competition. We are excited to attend more clinics and camps with Coach Golon as the summer months approach”.
